Abstract:
The highly nonlinear nature of the electrohydraulic servo system is well known. The main reasons for nonlinear and non-differentiable mathematical descriptions of systems dynamics are fluid compressibility, leakage flows, friction forces, and nonlinear fluid flow through servo valve orifices.

Accurate nonlinear mathematical models based on physical analysis are necessary for the construction of computer simulation models. These models are used for detailed analysis of nonlinear dynamic behavior and the development of different control strategies.
