Distance Learning Opportunities. Will we be Able to Use Them in Future?

Abstract:
When the situation with COVID-19 demanded closing nursery schools, primary and secondary schools, high schools, universities and colleges, and therefore demanded distance learning, the situation seemed complicated. Suddenly, students and teachers were forced to adapt to new abilities to impart and acquire new knowledge. Many encountered distance learning for the first time. Despite the initial discomfort, the benefits of distance learning certainly exist.
This paper presents the most common forms of distance learning; key principles that need to be taken into consideration when undertaking distance learning; it compares distance learning with a classic, traditional model of learning and highlights the benefits that e-learning offers.
