<\/strong>In the past decades, polymer materials have been increasingly used in gears. There is lack of fatigue data, such as Woehler diagrams, wear coefficients of polymer gear pairs which allow a more precise calculation for the power train application. The paper presents durability testing of polymer gears with performed average temperature measurements in the meshing zone. After testing, an analysis of the influence of different polymeric materials and reinforcing fibers (i.e. polymer composite gears) on the achieved number of cycles and temperatures was discussed. The results showed that the POM-PA gear combination proved to be the most suitable from the point of view of the most achieved load cycles. The paper explains that glass fibers have a significant effect on improving the tensile strength of the material and abrasive effect, which result in higher average temperatures in the meshing zone.<\/p>\n

<\/strong>Polimerni zobniki so \u010dedalje bolj uveljavljeni in so v vse ve\u010djem \u0161tevilu pogonskih aplikacij. Problematika pri dimenzioniranju polimernih zobnikov je nepoznavanje materialnih lastnosti, kot so Woehlerjevi diagrami, obrabni koeficienti zobni\u0161kih dvojic ipd., ki omogo\u010dajo preciznej\u0161i izra\u010dun pogonske aplikacije. V \u010dlanku je predstavljena raziskava testiranja polimernih zobnikov na dobo trajanja in merjenje povpre\u010dne temperature v coni ubiranja. Po testiranju je bila izvedena analiza razli\u010dnih polimernih materialov in oja\u010ditvenih vlaken (t. i. polimerni kompozitni zobniki) na dose\u017eeno \u0161tevilo ciklov in pojava temperatur na zobnikih. Rezultati so pokazali, da se zobni\u0161ka kombinacija POM-PA izka\u017ee za najustreznej\u0161o s stali\u0161\u010da najve\u010d dose\u017eenih ciklov. V \u010dlanku je pojasnjeno, da steklena vlakna pomembno vplivajo na izbolj\u0161anje natezne trdnosti materiala in s tem posledi\u010dno na vi\u0161je povpre\u010dne temperature v coni ubiranja.<\/p>
