<\/strong>Environmental policy has recently moved towards sustainable development in all areas. Therefore, efforts are being made to find sustainable solutions in hydraulics. One of these solutions is the use of water instead of hydraulic oil in hydraulics (power control hydraulics – PCH). However, since the use of water in water hydraulics (water PCH) is very little known to the public and only a few components for the successful use of water in water hydraulics (PCH) are available on the market, we have replicated an inadequately functioning two-stage safety valve for this purpose. The article describes the development, manufacture, numerical calculation and testing of a two-stage pressure relief valve designed for pressures up to 300 bar and flows up to 28 l\/min for the water PCH sector.<\/p>\n
