Abstract:

In the modern business environment, companies increasingly recognize the importance of automation and digitalization of production and logistics processes. This article presents the comprehensive transformation of production and intralogistics processes at the Herbarium company. The projects for automation, digital transformation, and the use of a digital twin significantly improved efficiency, reduced operational errors, and increased productivity.
