Abstract:
In this article, we present the creation of a computer program for predicting the required heat for air reheating in a mechanical ventilation system. The process of creating a computer program is shown, which is based on the hourly change of the outside air temperature and the operating schedule of the ventilation device. When developing the program, we took into account the requirements of relative technical regulations and standards of the internal environment. We performed measurements on the selected mechanical ventilation system and measured the parameters that affect the heat required to reheat the incoming air. Based on the measurements and calculated results of the necessary additional heat, we validated the prototype of the computer program and numerically and graphically showed the reasons for any deviations. We found out which parameters affect the heat required to reheat the air in the mechanical ventilation system and how to ensure thermal comfort in the room with as little energy consumption as possible.
