Summary:
Slovenia has got the Scientif Commentary of the Particular Criminal Code – Penal Acts against the Safety of the Public Traffic.
This article describes and comments those penal acts dealing with the safety of air traffic (Article 329, Article 330 and Article 331). The Article 329 makes it punishable the highjacking, the Article 330 punishes an attack on the safety of air traffic and the Article 331 makes punishable destruction and removal of signals designed for the safety of air traffic.
